Executive Coaching

(or a few reasons why it really is lonely at the top…)

You are accountable for a brand, an operation, an infrastructure and a legacy.  You are responsible for the lives and futures of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people.  You may have a dozen direct reports, each of whom leans on you for guidance about the 5 or 50 people who directly report to them.  You make hundreds of small decisions combining to equal hundreds of thousands or tens of millions of dollars – and that might be just one day’s work.

You scan the financial pages over your morning coffee and glance at the photos on your employees desks as you walk down the hall – and the combined weight of needing to provide leadership to adjust for macroeconomic trends beyond your control and provide salaries for mortgage payments, kids’ braces and elderly parents’ respite care all at the same time comes close to breaking you some days.  Close but not quite.  Down but never out.

You have talent, drive and a deep sense of personal mission.  What you may not have is a confidential and creative sounding board.  You may be lacking someone who’s only responsibility is your well-being and self-actualization.  You probably don’t have a lot of people around you who can speak truth to power and, when it’s needed, respectfully call you on your shit.  And it’s unlikely you’ve ever been as inspired or fired up as leaders can be when they work with Alanna.  She doesn’t just light a match – she’s more like laser-focused napalm if you let her get going.

Intrigued?  If you’re still reading – with your busy schedule – seems like you probably are.  Consultations are free and without obligation, and consultations as well as coaching can be done in person or via Skype.  Book yours today
