Basic Outplacement
Basic Outplacement packages, for entry level to intermediate employees, include the following:
- Personality Style Indicator or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
- Values Assessment
- Custom resume and letter preparation
- 12 one-on-one coaching sessions of 55 minutes each
- Telephone and email consultation as necessary until employment is secured
- Offer review and guidance on package negotiation
